Rowdy Creek Fish Hatchery, Inc

Each year, Rowdy Creek Fish Hatchery raises approximately
120,000 Steelhead and 350, 000 salmon for releases into the Smith River. The cost to raise these Steelhead has risen considerably.
However, the hatchery's funding has deceased during this same period of time.
Rowdy Creek Fish Hatchery is a non-profit
organization; therefore, all of the
Operational cost are derived from grants, private donations, the Salmon stamp program and fund-raising
sources such as the annual fishing derbies which play a major roll in this funding. California-Oregon Fish Enhancement's annual
fishing derby is one of the largest funding sources for the hatchery.
However, many of the hatchery's other funding sources
have had to decrease or eliminate their funding entirely. The hatchery is now felling the "crunch" from a diminished income.
SO THEY COULD USE YOUR HELP
Donations, made to the hatchery, are tax exempt. You will receive a receipt for any
contribution. The fish which your contribution helps to raise could be your "big catch" in a few years. Thank you, Albert

Whether you are a novice or experienced fisherman, I will work with you and your group in a professional manner to make your day or
days fun filled and memorable ones. I also cater to large parties. If you have a company looking for a new place to hold
regional board meetings, why not have it in our area and top it off with a fishing trip! Call me and I can help set up your
trip and accommodations. Reservations and Lodging for your guided fishing trip are always a must. There are many motels
in which to stay in the area as well as private campgrounds, state and federal campsites.
To book a Trip, call for Dates, and
a 50% Deposit is Required, within 10 days of making your reservations, to hold your fishing dates.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received over 30 days will receive full refund. All payments are non refundable within 29 days of trip date.
Non-Performance--I
reserve the right to cancel for unsafe water conditions, unsafe weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. If
I choose to cancel a trip, I will give a full refund. I work under permit from the US Forest Service which the permit
area is located in the Rogue River - Siskiyou National Forest, Gold Beach Ranger District, Klamath National Forest and a equal opportunity
service provider.
For a day Fishing trip on any river I fish, the prices are: $200 per person for two person trips.
It is $300 for one person only, single person trips.
Do I need to bring tackle? No, all your tackle is provided.
Do
I need rain gear? Yes, and layer your clothing. You can always remove the layers and the rain gear, dry is better.
What
to Bring With You on Your Day of Fishing… You need only to bring appropriate license, lunch, and rain gear. Other
Recommended items include camera, extra film, sunglasses, extra sweater or fleece, gloves, binoculars, and a brimmed hat.
